Contract Cancelation Policy:

Company, through a third-party, shall provide Monitoring Services to Customer
for the Initial Monitoring Period, and after that time, unless: (1) Company
provides notice to Customer of Company canceling Monitoring Services via mail
or email at least sixty (60) days before the end of the Initial Monitoring Period, or
at least sixty (60) days before the end of any subsequent renewal period, or (2)
Customer provides notice to Company via email or mail at
least thirty (30) days before the end of the Initial Monitoring Period, or at least
thirty (30) days before the end of any subsequent renewal period, the Monitoring
Services under this Section shall automatically renew every year for an additional
one (1) year with recurring monthly charges or a different
monthly charge as determined by Company which Company shall provide
Customer notice via mail or email of the different monthly charge at least sixty
(60) days before the end of the Initial Monitoring Period, or at least sixty (60)
days before the end of any subsequent renewal period, at which time Customer
has the option of cancelling the Monitoring Services under the provisions of this Section.
